Grammy-winning violinist Gil Shaham brings brilliance and finesse to one of Beethoven's most lyrical compositions, the majestic Violin Concerto. Conductor Karen Kamensek also leads the Calgary Phil in Vltava (The Moldau) from Má vlast — Bedřich Smetana's six vivid tone poems — and Strauss' Four Symphonic Interludes.
